Preheat oven to 425 F.

In a small bowl, combine fruit, flour, sugar, and lemon rind. Stir to mix well. Pour into a 9-inch deep-dish pie plate. Place piecrust over fruit and pinch around plate edge to seal. Cut slits in crust and bake for approximately 50 minutes.
